If it is a person under the age of 18, please indicate by checking the box in the 'Guest Details' section. We will remove their details from our system once you have dined with us.

Please complete all fields. You do not need to type the complete information for each item e.g. Starter: Tempura Squid, you just write Squid. For a Main: The Bridge Burger just write Burger, Steak, Fish, Duck etc. Remember to mention any sauces e.g. Steak with peppercorn, or other requests like Burger no gherkin. We will do our best to meet your requirements, but generally speaking we do not do item swaps. DESSERTS if you have been provided with a dessert choice please enter.
