• Stay Updated: As our Senior Chef, you should be attuned to the latest culinary trends, be it local, national, or international. Be the trendsetter, bringing a unique twist to every dish.

• Relentless Spirit: We value grit and determination. Even when faced with challenges, a true professional in hospitality doesn't back down. Instead, they view problems as opportunities in disguise, waiting to be unraveled.

• Experience is Key: A solid foundation is built on hands-on experience. We're looking for someone who has been shaped by the bustling environment of a kitchen, where every misstep has been a lesson in disguise. Ideally, you would have navigated the culinary world for at least 5 years, starting from the grassroots and moving upward.

• Lead & Inspire: Leadership is not just about directing; it's about motivating. You understand the rhythm of a kitchen and know how to galvanize your team to work in harmony. And, when the Head Chef is away, all eyes will be on you to take the helm.

• Manage with Precision: Your expertise extends beyond cooking. We expect a thorough grasp of kitchen management – understanding food management, meticulous stock control, stringent food hygiene practices, and a keen eye for occupational health and safety.
